KINGS PEAK

Campfire Whiskey, Drambuie, Amaro, Sweet Vermouth

2 oz High West Campfire Whiskey

1/2 oz Drambuie 

1/4 oz Amaro Averna

3/4 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass with a large cube of ice.

Garnish with a flamed orange twist.

THE 77 ST. MARK

Tequila, Chartreuse, Aperol, Luxardo, lime

1 1/2 oz Reposado Tequila

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse 

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz lime juice

1 tsp Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. 

Strain into a coupe and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

SHORT RIDE ON A BOURBON MACHINE

Bourbon, Chartreuse, Grapefruit, Cinnamon, bitters

2 dash Angostura bitters

1/2 oz cinnamon bark syrup

1 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz Green Chartreuse 

1 1/2 oz Bonded Old Grand-Dad Bourbon

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. 

Double strain into a coupe. No garnish.

RED CASTLE

Rye Whiskey, Benedictine, St. Germain, Amaro, Campari

1 1/2 oz High West Double Rye

1/2 oz Benedictine 

1/4 oz St. Germain

3/4 oz Amaro Pellegrino 

1 tsp Campari

Stir all ingreidents in a chilled mixing glass with ice. 

Strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange peel. 

THE POISONED APPLE

Bourbon, Applejack Brandy, Ruby Port, Aperol, Crème de Cocoa

1 1/2 oz Double Oaked Woodford Reserve Bourbon

1/2 oz Ruby Porto 

1/2 oz Lairds Applejack Brandy 86

1/4 oz Aperol

1 tsp White Crème de Cocoa 

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice while smoking with applewood wood chips.

Garnish using edible bubbles with orange juice and smoke from applewood wood chips, create a bubble of smoke on top of the cocktail.

WEST PINE

Campfire Whiskey, Amaro, Honey

1 1/2 oz High West Campfire Whiskey

1 oz Amaro Averna

1/4 Acacia Honey Syrup

Stir all ingredients in a chilled mixing glass with ice. 

Strain ingredients into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube. 

Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
