CREAMY AND CALMING

When your sweet tooth meets your need for a drink.

These cocktails are creamy, put a smile on your face, and satisfy that sweet tooth. But just because a cocktail is labled sweet doesn't mean it's going to be a sugar overload. These creamy and indulgent cocktails still bring the balance that one would expect from a Don't Forget the Garnish cocktail.

RASPBERRY MOCHA-TINI

Cold Brew Whiskey, coffee liqueur, amaro, cream, raspberry syrup, bitters

1 dash Angostura bitters

3/4 oz raspberry syrup

1 oz heavy cream

1/2 oz Meletti Amaro

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur 

1 1/2 oz Jameson Cold Brew Whiskey

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. 

Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.

SERENITY NOW

London Gin, Violette, Vermouth, lemon, lavender syrup, egg white, bitters

1 1/2 oz Aviation Gin

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

1/4 oz Crème de Violette

1/2 oz lavender syrup

1 egg white

2 dash lavender bitters

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake without ice for 15-30 seconds vigorously. 

Add ice and shake for an additional 8 to 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe. 

Garnish with dried lavender flakes.

ALMOND COLD BREW-TINI

Cold Brew Whiskey, Amaretto, Cold Brew Coffee, Sugar, Boozy Whipped Cream

Boozy Whipped Cream:

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 oz Jameson Cold Brew Whiskey

1/2 oz Amaretto 

Powdered Sugar to taste

In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients until peaks form. Set aside. 

In a shaker tin, add 

1 1/2 oz Jameson Cold Brew Coffee

1 oz Amaretto

1 oz Cold Brew Coffee

1/2 oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a large coupe. 

Use a plastic bag with a corner cut and squeeze the boozy whipped cream over the cocktail. 

Garnish with cinnamon sprinkle.
