Simple Syrup

1. Boil 2 cups water

2. Turn off the burner

3. Add 2 cups table sugar, stir until sugar has dissolved

4. Let cool and add 1 Tbspn vodka to help preserve

5. Store in fridge for 2ish months

Cane Sugar Syrup

note: this is different than table sugar or white sugar. It will be labeled "Cane Sugar" or "Raw Cane Sugar"

1. Add 2 cups cane sugar and 1 cup water in a pot

2. Cook on medium heat while stirring contstantly

3. Do not let water boil (it will change the taste of the sugar)

4. Let cool and add 1 Tbspn

vodka to help preserve

5. Store in the fridge for roughly

three months

Demerara Syrup

1. Add 2 cups demerara sugar and 1 cup water in a pot

2. Cook at medium heat while stirring constantly. Do not let the water boil (it changes the taste)

3. Stir until sugar has dissolved and turn off the heat

4. Once cooled, add 1 Tbspn vodka to extend its shelf life

5. Store in the fridge for roughly three months

Honey Syrup

1. In a bottle or mason jar add 2 cups honey and 1 cup warm water

2. Shake vigorously until honey has dissolved

3. Store in the fridge

high-quality honey makes all the difference here, I reccommend Acacia Honey

Cinnamon Syrup

1. Muddle 1 oz cinnamon sticks in a saucepan into shards

2. Add 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water to the saucepan

3. Heat to aboil and stir occasionally until the water boils

4. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer gently for four minutes

5. Remove from heat and let stand overnight

6. Add 1Tbspn vodka to help preserve

7. Store in the fridge for roughly two months

Fresh Brown Organic Vanilla Bean against
Vanilla Syrup

1. Split one vanilla bean in half length ways and put it in a saucepan

2. Add 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar to the saucepan

3. Bring to a boil stirring occassionally until it boils

4. Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer gently for four minutes

5. Remove from heat and let sit overnight

6. Add 1 Tbspn vodka to help preserve

7. Store in the fridge for roughly two months
